# Mouflon

> The club-management and training platform built only for ISSF 10m air pistol
> and air rifle. It runs the club — ranges, lane booking, rosters, coaching,

Mouflon is a mobile app (iOS and Android) with a web app for club staff. It is
made for one sport: 10m air pistol and air rifle, scored under ISSF rules. It is
not a firearms app, a hunting app or a general fitness tracker.

Quick facts: iPhone and iPad (iOS 15.5 or later), Android 7.0 or later, and a
web app for club staff. Free to log for every athlete; Solo Premium €2.99 a
month in the app; club plans €49, €99 and €199 a month with a 14-day free trial,
covering all of the club's athletes and coaches. Data is stored in the EU.

Three kinds of user, three jobs:

- **Athletes** log practice shot by shot (by keypad, by voice, or from a photo
  of the electronic target's screen), plot it on an ISSF target, rehearse a
  match against the real clock, get coaching insights the moment a session is
  saved, see what each session goal does for their shooting, and read
  analytics that explain a plateau, drag a shot to exactly where it landed
  (its distance from the centre sets the score), get a recap of the week every
  Monday, and log the competitions they shoot.
- **Coaches** start the day with a ranked list of the athletes who need them,
  run a roster, read per-athlete diagnostics, write session reviews, and
  organise club competitions, prepare for each athlete before a meeting, and see
  whether a program is working.
- **Club owners** model ranges and lanes, take bookings, invite members, track
  serialised gun inventory, collect fees, answer GDPR requests, and see whether members stay and how the range is used.

## Technical Specifications & Privacy

- **Logging without a signal**: a session in progress is kept on the phone, even across an app restart, so shooting on a range with no connection is not interrupted, and it is saved when the athlete finishes. Booking and the club screens need a connection, because lane capacity is checked on the server.
- **Voice Privacy**: Spoken shot entry runs 100% on-device; audio is never recorded or uploaded.
- **Target Screen AI**: Reads electronic target monitors (Meyton, Sius Ascor, Megalink, Disag); processed securely via Anthropic Vision and immediately discarded.
- **ISSF Standard**: True 10m target geometries for Air Pistol (11.5mm 10-ring) and Air Rifle (0.5mm dot) with decimal scoring to 10.9.
